Of all the ways I could die that I meet with every day, I would much rather die from helping someone.

“This is justice. Don’t be afraid to look at it.” He smiles as I look at him. “It may not be pretty, but sometimes justice has to be hard to keep the rest of us straight and safe.”

At least if I am to die, I won’t look a complete disgrace. Mother would be pleased.
