Kloz shouted for the nurse one more time, then filled a pink plastic cup from an equally pink pitcher sitting on the table beside Nash’s bed and held the cup up to his lips. Half the water went down his throat, the other half covered his shirt. Nash really didn’t care, he was so thirsty. He took the cup from Kloz, finished it, and asked for more.
Wanna know a little hospital secret? Those pink jugs get mixed up with the urinal ones all the time…
Pink IS supposed to make sure it’s used for patients water only, nothing else…
But it just doesn’t work that way, they always run out of urinal ones, or they just don’t care, so they get muddled up
If you don’t know what a urinal is, it’s what male patients use to pee in, when they’re bed ridden for the most part, & the urinal jugs are what the nurse will put the pee into from the urinal itself so they can measure what your water expelling count is.
Doesn’t that make you thirsty? For a SEALED bottle of anything that is ;)
