the mask would help prevent airborne contamination.
Oh the mask dilemma… what does it say about us, than when hundreds of thousands of people are dying, some of us want to bitch about wearing a mask.
After working in the medical field for 20yrs, in a sterility department attached to surgery, here’s my view, & pretty much anyone who knows what they’re talking about…
A mask isn’t likely to stop YOU getting it, if the virus is there a mask is highly unlikely to stop it getting at you, because those nasty bugs will cling to the mask & your clothes & jump around & infect you
What a mask WILL do, is stop YOU sharing it a little more as anything you exhale will be stuck to the mask your wearing.
I really don’t understand why the hell people have so much trouble understanding this…
