The most common mistake made by Simple or Sinister aspirants is not swinging the bell up to the chest level.
When you have parked the bell, suppress the urge to pant. Breathe deep, purging the air from the bottom of your lungs and then filling them fully, from bottom to top. Do yourself a favor and start breathing in this manner after the first set, when you do not yet feel the need for it.
Read and reread the entire book. Keep discovering new subtleties and refining your skill set.
