Less than three minutes ago, I was having a lovely daydream about what might transpire with Grace here in this flat tonight. Now I am watching a pug dressed as a blue wizard shag my footstool. If anyone doubts that the universe is a place of complete chaos and total uncertainty, this jolly well proves it, as far as I’m concerned.
