Take a two-minute break three times per day and do any of the following suggestions: Cloud, star or moon gazing Shake it all out and do a quick stretch Close your eyes and notice smells around you (works well in a café) Look up from your screen and gaze out at the view (this is good for your eyes too) Step outside, feel the sun on your skin and listen for the sounds of what is around you (birds, insects, traffic, talking, etc)
