If you don’t methodically set your culture, then two-thirds of it will end up being accidental, and the rest will be a mistake.
Culture only works if the leader visibly participates in and vocally champions it.

Strategies evolve, circumstances change, and you learn new things. When that happens, you must change your culture or you will end up pinned beneath it.
The truth about telling the truth is that it doesn’t come easy. It’s not natural. What’s natural is telling people what they want to hear. That makes everybody feel good . . . at least for the moment. Telling the truth requires courage.
