First principles mean new financial service networks wouldn’t build credit scores that punish you for missing a payment on your card. First principles organisations would design systems that predict your behaviour, only encourage credit use when you really need it, and help you manage that credit line reactively, including influencing new spending decisions so you don’t compromise your ability to pay back your credit line.
