You may notice that there are not 20 people in the organization. Why? When we began breaking the product into value streams and organizing around feature sets that delivered whole value (instead of component areas, like an API), we found that there were not 20 areas. This often happens when teams restructure around value instead of components. They find they do not need as many people to accomplish their goals.
