Fear of getting started—of taking that first step on a creative endeavor—is also a major obstacle, the Kelleys say. This fear is expressed in many ways, but three questions, in particular, tend to be used to avoid actually doing something creative. Beware of the three “where”s: Where will I find the time?; Where will I find an original idea?; and Where do I begin?
