Write down five accomplishments you’re proud of, five things you love about yourself, five things you love about your body, and five things you love about the life you’ve created so far. Read your list over and over all day. Write down any beliefs that shift for you or any aha moments that come up.
How determined you are determines how successful you are.
Treat yourself to something special today.
It’s impossible to hold on to the past and seize the day at the same time.
Call someone and tell them you love them. Call, as in pick up the phone, not as in send a text. You don’t need to make a big deal of it; just call and tell them you were thinking about them and about how much you love them and you just wanted to let them know. The end.
Write down any specific actions or thoughts that made a huge difference in your results today and make a point to repeat these thoughts and actions until they become habits.
Come up with an image that represents your personal sanctuary.
Whenever thoughts try to barge their way in, place your focus back on this silent image and connect with all the feelings and energy of being there. Do this meditation as often as possible, and for at least ten minutes at a time.

You make a difference.
Your attitude steers the wheel that determines the course of your life.
Overwhelm is a mindset; it’s the choice to focus on everything all at once and stress yourself out.
You can’t take care of anything or anyone if you don’t take care of yourself.
Here are some exercises to strengthen your relationship with your intuition that I would like you to do, please: Journal as free form and often as possible. Meditate every day. Pay close attention to the things and people and experiences that light you up, and involve yourself in those things. Listen to your words and get good at busting yourself when you’re trying to talk yourself into something that doesn’t fit, or out of something that does. Be on the lookout for intuitive “hits”—ideas that suddenly pop in, feelings about a person or a situation that just come to you, hunches, warnings,

Fear not the judgment of others; fear living a life in which you keep your wild, wonderful, weirdo self in a cage.
I am a _________ magnet. Fill in the blank with your noun of choice (money, man, woman, happiness, client, brilliant idea, free French fries, etc.). Say it all day long. Feel it. Believe it. Own it. Be it.
