By witness, yes, but also by realization. To realize the Divine in the self is to realize the Divine in what you witness, and by this realization you cannot condemn, because to condemn denies the light that is implicit in all. To realize something is to lift it.
But to
speak the truth does not make others wrong. To speak the truth is to announce what is, not to condemn the liar, but to expose the lie, and you understand the difference here, yes. To expose the lie is to bring it to light.
