Your self-recrimination, which is the small self recriminating itself, is to blame here. You don’t understand, after all of these teachings, that the God within is more powerful than fear. And if God is more powerful than fear, why would you say that there are things that cannot be met by God and manifested anew? This is the most simple teaching you will ever get. If God is present in manifestation, God may be known as manifest.

It is not the octave where you rage against a structure that is not doing what you want. It is the level where all of these things will be seen and known in a higher way, and, as a result of that witness, your relations to them will be greatly transformed.

Fear is a distinct energy from the True Self, and, as we have said many times, at the level of the True Self, fear does not exist.

You become what you truly are, the individualized expression of consciousness in form, and the form itself must align to the requirements that it is inheriting in the higher octave. If you get a cold, you won’t be complaining all day, but if you walk out in the rain without an umbrella, you are sure to get wet, just as the one beside you is. You have emotional lives and emotional responses. It’s part of what makes you so wonderful. You are not denied your full expression;

however, you are not responsible for the ramifications of others’ actions as you are accountable to your own response to them.

We could fill three more books with the requirements of this level of alignment, but the easiest way to understand is that what you are, in recognition of your world, will make no claim upon another but one that is in love. As we taught you in The Book of Truth, the frequency of truth in its neutrality will re-create and pave the way for love. When you operate in love, you are beyond distortion, and the only distortion you really face is fear itself. Now the requirement of fear is stasis, or what it could have in its final victory, which would be annihilation of the divinity that it holds. The small self holds divinity, but fear would deny it. The recognition of the Divine Self claims itself in opposition, not by the truth, but from the lie that it encounters. Truth is never afraid. It simply is. But when you shine a light, or the light of truth, upon what has been buried in the darkness, you will find that what has been hiding would seek to run from the light.

The Infinite Soul that you have has taken different forms in many incarnations. You have utilized these lifetimes as opportunities to learn and to create and to know yourself in a myriad of ways. Now by fullness we mean full expression—not the absolute, but the full expression of the Divine as you. The idea of an absolute expression reunites you in absolution with your Source. To release fear is to say, “I am not fear, I am far greater than fear.”

You are feeling fear, and it is not you, and if you want to know yourself in fear, this is what it is like. You must have the experience of fear to know that it is not true. Paul, we say this to you. Allow the energy you feel to be where it is, so you may understand that this is what releases. It is not pretty, it is not comfortable, it is not what you want, you are not going to love it away. You can claim freedom from its purview, and it will know itself as having permission to release.

To be in an encounter with fear does not mean you have to be afraid. To be in an encounter with fear and remain unafraid is how you know you have lifted.

The thought of you as the True Self is confounding to you because you have no idea what it is to be made manifest beyond the agreements that you have made thus far. The totality of expression, the True Self in full expression, will be described herein as a state of being in identification with its Source, who perceives the Source of all things in what he or she perceives. But if we were to tell you that other worlds exist with you concurrent to the one that you are in, in this same shared space, but at different levels of vibration, you would be shocked, perhaps, at what that really means. It means that the delineation of a shared reality that you have entrusted yourself to has claimed you in a limited way at the cost of other things that may be known.

The obligation you have is to truth, not to us, and not to your ideas of what should be. The obligation you have is to the Divine, which is the essence of your entirety, and not to what you think it should look like. The Divine Self is afire as you, a blaze of brightness that cannot be seen by the mortal eye, but is lit on fire and perceived in fullness by those of us who attend to you in love. The truth of your being is brighter than you can see, has laughter and joy and fullness beyond what you can conceive of, and your requirement now is to say, “Yes, I may,” if you choose. “Yes, I may know. Yes, I may be led to the high hallway with the beautiful doorway at the end that leads to all manifestation of God.” Period. Period. Period. Stop now, please.

This is not about drastic action. This is not about being foolhardy. This is about being present for what occurs, what will be known by you as your growth proceeds. And by growth, we mean your evolution.

Trust yourselves, please, to require yourself to call to you what you need. Trust yourselves, please, to be in charge, in some ways, of the emotional self that would seek to claim you in times of uncertainty. Trust yourself, please, that the Divine as what you are seeks its recognition in the life you live in ways that are palpable to you that can be known and understood. Ask yourself, if you wish, if you are willing to know beyond the known. Are you willing to claim beyond what has been taught to you? Are you willing to become an emissary to a new logic that exists in a higher way than you have been instructed in prior?

There is a new reliance that is needed on the Divine Self to withstand an encounter with fear or choose to lift above fear when it presents itself.

Humanity itself is at a juncture now, and the reliance upon the old to solve your difficulties will not serve you in the ways that you hope it would. Reliance upon truth and the Divine within all things will give you the actions you require in the physical realm to withstand all change. When change comes, it may come quietly, or with thunder. It really matters not. The aspect of you that will withstand all change is the True Self, and your reliance upon her to give you ballast in the storm, to support you in change, will be the key to liberation from the net of fear that would seek to capture you within it.

When humanity is transitioning, one and all, to a new level of being, the cauterization of fear must be understood as a requirement. To cut yourself off from fear only means you do not rely upon it to serve you or protect you. Instead, you rely upon truth and divinity, the light ...

You will not find yourself out of the maze of fear by diving through it, but by lifting above it. That is why we say truth, which is a higher frequency than fear, and by love, which will show you that you are protected from transformation when you become frightened of the prospect of it.

When something is destroyed, it can be made new. When something is abandoned, it can be responded to in a rather different way. “We have outgrown the need for this, we may learn in other ways. We are not damning ourselves by damning our past creations. We are lifting above them in a collective agreement that we may know ourselves and our fellows in a higher way.”

The times you stand in, we suggest, have been agreed upon by the collective. You can no longer go down a road of self-destruction or collective destruction without realizing the futility of it. As this is realized, you are awakening to what options you can claim, and some of you are realizing that to be in battle with anything is to claim yourself at war and align to the very things that you say you do not want.
