estoy perdiendo la cabeza. I’m losing my damn mind.
The Spanish in this is not good. Did the author seek out a native speaker? In Mexican spanish, the most common way to say this would be “estoy volviendo loco” or perhaps “estoy perdiendo mi pinche mente” because “la cabeza” is the literal head, while “mente” is the mind. There are several other Spanish phrases that don’t work.
