Then she said, "Teams, now think of the worst possible idea for a restaurant." They did. And there were some doozies. Then Tina had teams swap and take the bad ideas from other teams and create new ideas with the bad idea as a base. Remarkably, after this exercise, the ideas that the teams came back with were wild and crazy, but in some cases, really interesting, even fundable.
