Ask yourself these questions when deciding whether to include stage of development information in your roadmap: Do your themes or features go through distinct stages of development? If so, do those stages take longer than the timeframes in your roadmap? Is this level of detail helpful in managing expectations with your stakeholders? (Consider whether confidence, described next, may be sufficient.)
