Stressing over what we eat, how we workout, what to do to lose weight and all the confusion and frustration that goes along with these things no longer needs to be a part of your life. You do not need any of them to lose weight. Any message that is full of nutrition and fitness rhetoric and “eat this, not that” lists and rules that “you absolutely need to follow” is nothing more than nutritional mind-clutter.
