But should they *focus* on these? These aren’t necessarily a continuum like neck size in the Air Force example...these are different *purposes*. If you design for the rare purpose, won’t you miss what the majority want and this fail to succeed? You do have to go for the primary pain/use case first, then can accommodate rarer needs?
