2Creation and communication are synonymous.
2Existence is specific in how, what, and with whom communication is considered worth undertaking.
2This hardly means that you should tell Him how wonderful He is. 3He has no ego with which to accept such thanks and no perceptions with which to judge your offerings.
10 God is praised whenever any mind learns to be wholly helpful.
2A mind that recoils from a hurt body is in great need of rehabilitation itself.
4All symptoms of hurt need true helpfulness, and whenever they are met with this, the mind that so meets them heals itself.
Rather, you remain in Heaven, in the constant state of immortality, merely believing that you exist as an ego in this world.
4There is no difference between love and joy. 5Therefore, the only possible whole state is the wholly joyous.
3Remember that the spirit knows no difference between being and having.
4 The Holy Spirit is the Christ Mind that is aware of the knowledge that lies beyond perception.
miracle-mindedness, the will to heal the separation by letting it go.
10 The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of joy.
what God creates is eternal. 7The Holy Spirit will remain with the Sons of God, to bless their creations and keep them in the light of joy.
This is clearly pure Course.
By contrast, ACOL suggests the the time of the Holy Spirit is over.
On one hand this appears wrong, but on the other, it could mean that the Atonement is over, and HS has moved on to its next function.
Also, as God's creations do not leave their Source, and everything is a thought in The Mind of God, how else could it be?
10 You are the light of the world with me.
7What better vocation could there be for any part of the Kingdom than to restore it to the perfect integration that can make it whole?
3Child of God, my message is for you, to hear and give away as you hear and answer the Holy Spirit within you.
6It is not weak in itself, but it is limited by your unwillingness to hear it.
6This vision invariably frightens the ego, because it is so calm. 7Peace is the ego’s greatest enemy, because according to its interpretation of reality, war is the guarantee of its survival.
8The ego becomes strong in strife, because if you believe there is strife, you will react viciously because the idea of danger has entered your mind. 9This idea itself is an appeal to the ego.
3Peace and eternity are as closely related as are time and war.
4The ego is the symbol of the separation, just as the Holy Spirit is the symbol of peace.
teach you that you do not understand it.
6Physical birth is not a beginning; it is a continuing.
2The distinction between neurotic and healthy guilt feelings has been made in terms of feelings which lead to a decision not to repeat the error, which is only part of healing.
4You cannot cancel out your past errors alone.
3The time is now, because you have let it be now.
3Show him that he cannot hurt you, and hold nothing against him, or you hold it against yourself.
11 Teaching is done in many ways: by formal means, by guidance, and above all by example.

7And how can you find this way except by taking your brother with you?
only the complete can think completely,
6Everything you think that is not through the Holy Spirit is lacking.
3The ego’s purpose is fear, because only the fearful can be egotistic.
3If the ego is the symbol of the separation, it is also the symbol of guilt. 4Guilt is more than merely not of God; it is the symbol of the attack on God.
4 The ego is the part of the mind which believes in division.
5 Whenever you respond to your ego, you will experience guilt, and you will fear punishment. 2The ego is quite literally a fearful thought.
never forget that the ego is not sane.
3Whatever you accept into your mind has reality for you. 4It is, however, only the acceptance which makes it real.
9 The guiltless mind cannot suffer.
3That is why the question “What do you want?” must be answered.
2The Holy Spirit, like the ego, is a decision.
when you do not think like God, you have not really thought at all.
13 Every thought disorder is attended by guilt at its inception and maintained by guilt in its continuance.
3The purpose of the Atonement is to save the past in purified form only.
15 The continuing will to remain separated is the only possible reason for continuing guilt feelings.
