Focus on what you can control, ignore what you cannot.

What we want to focus on is improving ourselves. Remember, building a business is supposed to be challenging, otherwise everyone else would do it. So I just focus on what I can control, and ignore everything else.

Send out an email to your mailing list, or reach out to your fans or followers on social media and ask them two questions: What is your biggest frustration or challenge [related to your niche] right now? What are your biggest hopes and dreams [related to your niche] this coming year?
