It’ll take over my life? I’m sold. If the thing that takes over my life isn’t illness, depression, or something similar, then I’m sold. I’m in. Wholly and completely. When do I start? When do I buy my new shoes? When do I sign up for training plans, and should I get a personal trainer to help me cross-train? How early do I need to get up? After that initial bit of hesitation, I welcomed this challenge.
