This is the moment that I decide that I will have to reevaluate everything that I thought I knew about gurus. Still, Hof is a difficult figure to dissect. On one level he speaks in a familiar creole of New Age mumbo jumbo. There’s a spiel about universal compassion and connection to divine energies.
