I had given up on the task of learning how to be a better human.
Someone asked me recently where I expect to be in five years. I never think about it. Not
ever. I only try every day to improve 1% my physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. The results will take care of themselves.
People think entrepreneurs take risks. This is not true. Entrepreneurs want to make more money than they spend. Period.

After the age of 20, we lose the ability to “insulate” these neural circuits with myelin, the substance that cements these circuits for life. This is where our basic intelligence comes from. Building as many circuits as possible with myelin protecting them.
Ultimately we are the sum of our experiences and not the sum of our belongings.

DON’T WORRY IF YOU DON’T HAVE PASSION FOR ANYTHING. You have passion for your health. Start there. Take baby steps. You don’t need a passion to succeed. Do what you do with love and success is a natural symptom.
