Conflict Is Not Abuse: Overstating Harm, Community Responsibility, and the Duty of Repair

In all of these cases the police, the husband, and the nation overstated harm. They took Nothing, Normative Conflict, and Resistance and misrepresented these reasonable stances of difference as Abuse.
