That’s nothing these days I just sold my 2 bedroom unit for $865K & am buying an overpriced & underwhelmingly small 2 bedroom apartment where the best thing is the location, 5 min walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars etc etc for an overwhelmingly price of $900K.
So a million? Sadly it’s not what it used to be…
