The Paleo/LCHF diet is based on the simple observation that humans can eat a wide variety of foods without becoming obese or developing diabetes. These foods can be eaten without counting calories, counting carbohydrates or using food diaries, pedometers or any other such artificial means. You simply eat when hungry and don’t eat when full. However, the foods are all of an unprocessed nature and had been consumed by humans for thousands of years without causing illness. They had withstood the test of time. These are the foods that we should base our diets on.
