(a) be sure you’ve given yourself some time for the Pig Slop you’ve ingested to leave your system because it’s hard to hear the Pig’s Squeals when your body’s full of Pig Slop; (b) Save a dated copy of your complete Food Plan before making any changes so you can roll it back later if you find the Pig has influenced the changes; (c) Take some serious, reflective time to “think on paper” about the specific changes you’re planning to make; (d) Consider whether any previous version of your Food Plan was better.
