Each moment you can choose to practice My Presence or to practice the presence of problems.

The best way to handle unwanted situations is to thank Me for them.

If I gave you permanent Peace, independent of My Presence, you might fall into the trap of self-sufficiency.

I have designed you to need Me moment by moment.

As your awareness of your neediness increases, so does your realization of M...

When you respond to the circumstances of your life with affirmations of trust, you actively participate in this process.

Fix your eyes not on what is seen (your circumstances), but on what is unseen (My Presence).

Don’t wait until you’re already discouraged to bring Me your concerns. Open up to Me as soon as you realize a need.

I AM TRAINING YOU TO DEPEND ON ME —your Strength.

I lighten your load so much that you hardly notice the jagged rocks beneath your feet or the steepness of your ascent.

But I restrain My yearning to “fix” you, waiting instead for you to come to Me for help.

Remembrance of Me is a daily discipline.

Reject negative or sinful thoughts as soon as you become aware of them. Don’t try to hide them from Me; confess them and leave them with Me.

When your Joy in Me meets My Joy in you, there are fireworks of heavenly ecstasy.

False gods never satisfy; instead, they stir up lust for more and more.

When you seek Me instead of the world’s idols, you experience My Joy and Peace. These intangibles slake the thirst of your soul, providing deep satisfaction.

Thus you become a beacon through whom others are drawn to Me.

When you trustingly whisper My Name, My aching ears are soothed.

The power of My Name to bless both you and Me is beyond your understanding.

Brighten up the world by reflecting who I AM.

HOPE IS A GOLDEN CORD connecting you to heaven.

This cord helps you hold your head up high, even when multiple trials are buffeting you.

I am training you to hold in your heart a dual focus: My continual Presence and the hope of heaven.

Make Me your Refuge by pouring out your heart to Me, trusting in Me at all times.

I eagerly await you here.

In the stillness of this holy time with Me, I renew your strength and saturate you with Peace.

I have awakened in your heart strong desire to know Me.

When you seek My Face in response to My Love-call, both of us are blessed.

This is a deep mystery, designed more for your enjoyment than for your understanding.

Stop trying to find a way that circumvents difficulties.

The main problem with an easy life is that it masks your need for Me.

This awareness of your inadequacy is not something you should try to evade.

As you increasingly find fulfillment in Me, other pleasures become less important.

Knowing Me intimately is like having a private wellspring of Joy within you.

As you grow more and more intimate with Me, I reveal My will to you more directly.

Your part is to trust Me fully and to thank Me for the restoration that has begun.
