Mental toughness is the ability to get back up when you've been knocked down and be resilient in the face of rejection, adversity, and failure. It is the ability to accept pain and sacrifice today for a win in the future. It's the ability to block out negative self-talk, manage disruptive emotions, ignore people who tell you what you can't do, and put singular focus on a desired goal.
