Start by taking some deep belly breaths. Belly breaths are ones that lift your stomach instead of your chest. Imagine you’re breathing down into your legs. Breathe in until you feel full, hold it for a few seconds, and then breathe out slowly. As you’re breathing in, I want you to imagine that you’re inside a waterfall of white light. The bright light is falling from high above. The water is illuminated with a brilliant intensity. Feel it pouring over the top of your head and down your arms and legs.
