When you are tense, mentally, physically or emotionally, you can’t learn, no matter how hard you try. But when you are open and light-hearted, you can absorb almost everything. So light-hearted buoyancy is what we require, to allow these things to arise from within – and some from without. You have a door that is always open, in both directions. It is all balanced.
