You can’t buy those here until you’re at a certain age, they consider it gambling & that it can have an effect on kids who do that sort of thing too early.
Me I’ve never been into gambling, I know it’s a fools game, so to speak, & usually I never or had never enough money to ho around throwing it away, I’d rather buy something with it. According to my Mum that’s still throwing it away too, but I beg to differ!
