The happiest and most successful people in the world do everything in their power to avoid bad decisions that confuse matters and drag them away from their goals.

was maybe being too literal about the meaning of “self-made,” but I still never believed that I was a self-made man. I believed that I was an example of the American Dream coming true. I believed (and still believe) that anyone can do what I did. But I felt, if anything, that this made me the opposite of a self-made man. Let’s just analyze this for a second.
