11Finally, brothers, [37] rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, [38] agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.
14The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
20I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
6For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but only faith working through love.
22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
GALATIANS 6 Brothers, [26] if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness.
5For each will have to bear his own load.
7Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.
2Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
8For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
6This mystery is [11] that the Gentiles are fellow heirs, members of the same body, and partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel.
32Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
4Let there be no filthiness nor foolish talk nor crude joking, which are out of place, but instead let there be thanksgiving.
24Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands.
28In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.
33However, let each one of you love his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
9Masters, do the same to them, and stop your threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master [23] and yours is in heaven, and that there is no partiality with him.
11Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.
12For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God,
22If I am to live in the flesh, that means fruitful labor for me. Yet which I shall choose I cannot tell.
3Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.
4Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.
14Do all things without grumbling or questioning,
But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead,
13I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
20To our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.
15He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.
God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, 14by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands.
23These have indeed an appearance of wisdom in promoting self-made religion and asceticism and severity to the body, but they are of no value in stopping the indulgence of the flesh.
as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.
6Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.
9For you remember, brothers, our labor and toil: we worked night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you, while we proclaimed to you the gospel of God.
But we urge you, brothers, to do this more and more, 11and to aspire to live quietly, and to mind your own affairs, and to work with your hands, as we instructed you, 12so that you may walk properly before outsiders and be dependent on no one.
5For you are all children [15] of light, children of the day. We are not of the night or of the darkness.
15See that no one repays anyone evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to everyone.
3But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.
10For even when we were with you, we would give you this command: If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat.
16Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you all.
5The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.
But I received mercy because I had acted ignorantly in unbelief, 14and the grace of our Lord overflowed for me with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.
11Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness.
12I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet.
5for if someone does not know how to manage his own household, how will he care for God's church?
16Great indeed, we confess, is the mystery of godliness: He [10] was manifested in the flesh, vindicated [11] by the Spirit, [12] seen by angels, proclaimed among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.
4For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, 5for it is made holy by the word of God and prayer.
13Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to exhortation, to teaching.
TIMOTHY 5 Do not rebuke an older man but encourage him as you would a father, younger men as brothers, 2older women as mothers, younger women as sisters, in all purity.
8But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
20As for those who persist in sin, rebuke them in the presence of all, so that the rest may stand in fear.
