Riley Thorn was everything he hadn’t known he wanted.
Her pulse quickened when a familiar-looking stretch limo changed lanes three cars back.
He’d been too distracted. Once again, he’d shoved his head up his own ass and someone else had paid the price.
“Nothing is more important than you,” he insisted vehemently.
“Looks like the po-po is about to poo-poo his pants,” Mrs. Penny whispered loudly.

The overly affectionate Nick who was glad she hadn’t been kidnapped ceased to exist the second Sesame had walked into the house.
“Leave Sesame alone, Thorn. I don’t want you digging around in her brain without her permission.”
None of them noticed the black SUV that followed them.
