And he prays too. My entire body smiles because I love a praying man. So, I gladly take his hands then he blesses our food.

“Don’t disrespect me. This trip is all on me.” “Thank you but that’s not necessary.” “I wasn’t giving you a choice, gorgeous.”

She is now Rhian Powers and she belongs with me. Her safety, wellbeing, and happiness are my obligations and I don’t take any responsibility lightly.

“You are my wife. That means you are always safe with me, every part of you: your mind, your body, and even your heart. I will hurt anyone that tries to hurt you. Do you believe me?”

“That just earned you some fire head later. Say your name again.”

It’s a total farce because truthfully, everything in me will gladly submit to everything about him.

“With everything in me, I do. I love you, Rhian, and I will hurt anyone that hurts you. That will never change.

She made me fall in love with her when she knew she couldn’t give me forever.

I’m never leaving her. She is my life and my wife. Lying in that bed is my forever and I’m not going anywhere without her.
