Known as the “army of flies,” these swarms include both government-run accounts and enthusiastic volunteers. Thanks to this public-private partnership, the Arabic hashtag “We all trust in Mohammed bin Salman” appeared more than 1.1 million times in the wake of the murder of Khashoggi.
