DAY 1

Any attack on another person is an attack upon ourselves, for in the spiritual universe there is only one of us here.

To the extent that I withdraw my attachment to what you did, I will no longer be affected by what you did. I have decided to put my faith elsewhere. That is the miracle of forgiveness.

DAY 3

DAY 4

Believing in a separation between myself and God is at the core of all my problems. For no such separation exists. I am not alone, for God is always with me.

DAY 5

Naming it, surrendering it to God, and asking Him to remove it—that’s the miracle of personal transformation. It won’t go away in a moment, necessarily, but its days are numbered. The medicine is in your psychic bloodstream.

DAY 6

I commit to the realization that only love is real, and I recognize the ultimate nonexistence of anything else.

DAY 7

God cannot do for us what He cannot do through us, and today I pray that He works through me. May I be used for a higher purpose, as I surrender to Him my hands and feet, my thoughts and behavior. May they reflect His love. May angels guide me, that I might do the part assigned me to help heal the world.

DAY 8

My natural intelligence is love, and as long as I cleave to that and that only, all things good and true and peaceful will find their way to me.

DAY 9

I enter every situation with only one intention: to be a vessel of love and a blessing on my surroundings. May all people who I meet or even think of receive my love.

DAY 10

DAY 11

I extend my perception beyond what my senses perceive, to what my heart knows is true. I withdraw my belief that I need anyone or anything to be other than what they are, in order for me to be secure. I know that whenever fear expresses itself, love will ultimately prevail. Therefore I need not fear, nor cry, nor despair. To the extent to which I see what is truly true, I see only cause for happiness.

DAY 12

for what I place on the altar in my mind is then altered in my life.

DAY 13

I know that I am a perfect child of God, and that my mistakes do not make me less so.

DAY 14

wherever we are is the perfect place, and whatever time it is now is the perfect time.

DAY 16

Today may I be who I am called to be, that my thoughts and actions might glorify love.

I pray to see the perfection in others, that I might see it in myself. I pray for the strength to forgive all others, that I might forgive myself. I pray for the power to love all others, that I might love myself.

My deliverance comes from accepting all people, not judging or controlling them.

DAY 19

Today I remember who I really am. I am a child of God, created changeless and divinely perfect. While I have made mistakes and might surely make more, I accept that in the moments of my error the spirit within me remains innocent and pure.

I honor the imprint of God upon my soul, and the yearning of my heart to follow the path He lays before me.

Whatever didn’t work in your life before this point was a reflection of the fact that you hadn’t yet integrated the different parts of yourself. Where you didn’t yet accept yourself, you attracted a lack of acceptance in others. Where you hadn’t yet dealt with your shadows, you manifested shadowy situations. Broken parts of you encountered broken parts of others. So now you know! That was then and this is now.
