Really? Using the denotation ‘girl’ doesn’t spring to mind a ‘woman’ that would be someone he would date, a Manager of the store would be much more likely.

Not an evil gene as such, more to do with there being a difference in the chromosomes of a ‘normal’ person, and a sociopath/psychopath. I completely believe in that BUT then again don’t discount OR give too much credit to how a person is brought up, putting too much belief into either one wouldn’t be right, or even fair to all the children brought up in abusive homes that don’t turn into an antisocial member of society.

Another TYPO! How this happens with proofreading, editing & spellcheck is beyond me!

I think the reason he did what he did to Hunter boils down to plain old human emotions, and I know sociopaths/psychopaths don’t generally have those kind of thoughts, especially empathy, but they DO have egos & it’s quite often their undoing, to let people see what they’ve done, to ‘get the credit’ they love their egos bring stroked and Hunter had more than he did, he did it better & had it better, and he was just plain old jealous.

Clever and I went back a few pages to double check & it was mentioned especially so it would be noticed.

If this was me, and it was my ‘trump card’, I’d have something stashed there, weapons, handcuff keys, fake ID & cash etc etc or then again he’s taken them to the middle of nowhere to escape, or a little bit of both...

It’s funny that first class passengers board a plane first, if you think about it sitting in the plane is the worst and most boring of a trip no matter what place you sit. So the rich get to sit on the plane and have to wait until everyone else boards, as I said when you think about it it would seem better the other way around, no matter how big those first class seats are.

The true extent of its consequences wouldn’t be known for many years. Neither would the lasting psychological effects.

Justice doesn’t have to mean death, it can mean doing the right thing in honoring the persons life, a good person wouldn’t want murder to be done in their name, as well as how it would change the person committing it.
