The ONE thing he does that absolutely drives me crazy is using “wanna” “gotta” etc and it doesn’t matter what character is speaking. Ones from here in out just have a pink highlights.

Or you have people who just aren’t showy emotional & so they just don’t know/want to, especially the older generation.
It’s awful that this happens, it’s not like it’s bad enough that your dying way before your time, but the few years/months you have left are filled with pain, sadness & grief, it’s like an emotional roller coaster that never goes up, it just swirls forever downward ripping away everything you hold dear.

Good wording to create imagery
Quite possibly the creepiest sentence EVER, and I’ve read literally thousands of books (pun intended)
Jeez how nice that would of been, instead of dumped out on my ass and forgotten about. You never think when your working somewhere about how much of your life and identity is wrapped up in your work, and you feel like it’s reciprocated in some ways, then you get sick and they cannot wait to get rid of you and you don’t matter at all to anyone, the doors shut on that part of your life in ever single way, and if it’s a job and people you actually give a sh*t about, it hurts, like 1/2 of your identity is ripped away and the 20yrs meant nothing, the blood sweat & tears (literally) meant nothing to anyone but yourself. Ok I feel MUCH better now! :|
There’s so many ways this could go, it could be someone they helped off the books, a child, who instead of being sent to a loving home got the worst one possible and is now retaliating .. he thinks they played god with his life and look what happened so he’s going to show them what ‘God’ can really do.

You get used to it, and for me the smells intertwined with stainless steel & cleaning solutions anyway.
It is isn’t it? But I guess us humans always seem to destroy what we love the most, there’s been songs about it.
Really? When I used to go clubbing they didn’t shut until 5 & then it was a scramble to find an after party. 2 seems wayyy too early.

An awful lot of medical/surgical procedures are named after the doctors or place/hospital where they were initially thought of, this especially is true for surgical instruments, who is the person most likely to design/redesign something than the very person using an instrument that could be made better if just this or that was altered, but the producers of the items & implants would be the 2nd most likely for sure, they want hospitals & Doctors to request their instruments over shying else’s. Most people have no idea the humongous range of instruments etc there is.
Diathermy pencil / Bi polar etc most likely and you’d need specialized equipment to use that sort of thing, they’re basically plug & play send if the killers got nothing to plug them into, he’s not going to be able to play !
Get something like that stuffed up, your chances of doing ANYthing are slim to none

Standard PPE shoe covers would be all you needed & easy to source or to steal
