A great embarrassment went around when I said a few things in this context in my previous talk here in Bombay. Many letters arrived, saying, “Don’t talk of such things, simply do not speak on such matters.” I was amazed—why shouldn’t I speak on such matters? When this energy is inherent in us, why should we not talk about it? Why should we not know it, recognize it? Without knowing and recognizing it, without understanding its behavior, how can we hope to raise it to a higher plane?
