There’s no better way to try out space plans, room design, and building configurations than with this intuitively adept software (the best as of 1994). The program prevents you from doing impossible things, offers recommendations, and provides 3D views of what you design, along with precise dimensions and materials lists. It’s CAD (computer-aided design) for amateurs. It won’t do finished drawings; for that you still need an architect.
