I’m aware that advocating participation, passion and purpose is all very well, but it will cut no ice with those hardened by the school of ‘deliverology’ unless it can be proven to be more effective, and more efficient. Examples of great learning commons in the formal sphere may still be in the minority, but they are growing, and they are highly successful.
