Kit,
History says that progress often requires sacrifice, but what kind of progress can we claim when it is built on the lives of the citizens it is supposed to aid?
Trust wars with love.
“Because sometimes the best leaders are the ones who have no interest in leading. Those are often the ones who are most interested in doing what is right, not what is popular.”
“No. We don’t need to sabotage other teams to succeed.”
Leaders—real leaders—must think of others before themselves. They need to consider the consequences of their actions and only sacrifice lives when the needs of many outweigh the needs of the few.
People look out for themselves and their friends.”
The larger the population, the less our leaders feel personally accountable to each citizen under their care.
This is not the end of the challenges I will face. There are more. Harder. Maybe deadlier. I must be ready for them all.

As is learning when to say enough is enough.
“It takes a lot of courage to choose to do nothing when you aren’t certain of the outcome.
success comes only if we trust and work well with those around us.”
My team won this Induction task, but that victory wasn’t worth the cost. No victory is.
