The problem with trying to do too much is that even if it works, adding more to your work and your life without cutting anything brings a lot of bad with it:
high stress, long hours, lost sleep, poor diet, no exercise, and missed moments with family and friends—
Go small. Don’t focus on being busy; focus on being productive. Allow what matters most to drive your day.
“Until My ONE Thing Is Done—Everything Else Is A Distraction!”
Don’t sacrifice your health by trying to take on too much. Your body is an amazing machine, but it doesn’t come with a warranty, you can’t trade it in, and repairs can be costly. It’s important to manage your energy so you can do what you must do, achieve what you want to achieve, and live the life you want to live.
Go live a life worth living where, in the end, you’ll be able to say, “I’m glad I did,” not “I wish I had.”
Life is too short to pile up woulda, coulda, shouldas.
