Percy pointed his pizza slice at Jason. “You, sir, are a ray of sunshine.”
“What’s going—Gah! Shrimpzilla!”
“Hercules, huh?” Percy frowned. “That guy was like the Starbucks of Ancient Greece. Everywhere you turn—there he is.”
Annabeth sat up and glared at her ankle. “You had to break,” she scolded it. The ankle did not reply.
Something dropped from the ceiling and landed at Percy’s feet: a loaf of sandwich bread in a white plastic wrapper with red and yellow dots. Percy picked it up. “Wonder bread?”
