Mark has many hundreds of professional writing and producing credits in TV, Radio and Theatre. He is known for his story contribution to British Soap Operas such as Coronation Street and Emmerdale. However his first love is prose, and Day Return to Cocoa Yard is his debut publication, part of a trilogy in progress. In the 1990s he lived and worked in Rwanda, where he pioneered and introduced a new radio drama to the nation during the genocide.

It’s World Suicide Prevention Day and readers of this blog will know I’m not normally in favour of ‘special days’ like this. Though it’s vital to highlight this thing, my view is that it should be highlighted 365 days of the year. Because all 365 are special. That’s what I learned.
