"The original and best - by far!
I can't remember all Sheikh Romances I've read, but none of them was ever as good as this one - despite it being rather violent and cruel!
But this author is in a class of her own! The others are just rather pale copies - of varying grades. I have searched forever for another Sheikh Romance of rang, just because I love this book so much! This is shere delight - if you understand that it was a different era and a different situation for women at the time - especially in a desert in an Arab country. It is also not at all glorifying violent behaviour, but telling a different love story. Some might think of the Stockholm Syndrome - but there is more depth to it than you'd think at first glance.
I have read this book more times than any other book and never get tired of it - despite of the sheikh being such a cruel beast. I don't let that destroy a good story though! One of the great love stories told by a truly passionate author!"
