"Palahniuk, a rabies epidemic, time travel, wacky races, Echo the escort exploiting the middleclass couples pity....this book was SO good and would work so well in a film, dark humour, world building, letting the audience draw their own conclusions and I can already imagine the conpiracy theories, also there'd be the action/adventure from the rabies and car racing, also the somewhat dystopian future that's presented where Buster is a contemporary urban legend or common mans hero. Needs to happen!
