The Minority Report
by
"There are some significant contrasts between the characters in this version and the movie. The protagonist in this version is a complex anti-hero whereas the character is split in the movie to create a hero and villain. Is this because of Hollywood's addiction to the perfect hero who can do no wrong? A text study into the contrast of this source material and the mainstream adaption would be very interesting."

Making Money (Discworld, #36; Moist Von Lipwig, #2)
by
"Terry's allegorical world has a lot to say about our world. Terry Pratchett is entertaining and intelligent. Maybe this sort of fantasy isn't traditionally what you'd think of as literature, but nor was Shakespear in his time. But one thing is for sure, you'll certainly introduce a great many young people to one of the most entertaining authors of the last 50 years and instill a love of reading."
